Letter of intent - Peninsula Country Golf Clubhouse 

We are thrilled to be working on a new project Peninsula Country Golf Clubhouse. The site will be established prior to Christmas, with construction to commence in early 2017. The project will include construction of a new golf clubhouse, accommodation and associated facilities in Frankston.

Demolition has commenced for CV and The Reserve  

Demolition has commenced for CV in Camberwell Junction and The Reserve in Sandringham. The CV complex comprises 146 apartments over two residential towers, whilst The Reserve features 122 apartments over five-levels.  Both residential projects have been developed by Blueprint Projects.

Project update – Waurn Ponds 

Waurn Ponds is complete. The 13,500sqm bulky goods retail precinct includes associated car parking onsite.

Hidden Valley Golf and Country Club 

We are thrilled to announce a new project – Hidden Valley Golf and Country clubhouse redevelopment situated in Wallan, Victoria. This project will include demolition of the existing clubhouse, new civil infrastructure and construction of the clubhouse with associated facilities featuring; function rooms, full a la carte kitchen, bars, outdoor dining, members’ facilities, pro shop, swimming pool, spa room and gymnasium.

MBAV Awards - Eastern Golf Club 

We are extremely proud to have been awarded WINNER of the 2016 Master Builders Association of Victoria (MBAV), Excellence in Construction Awards of Commercial Buildings for the Eastern Golf Club located in Yering, Victoria.

This is a great achievement and an example of our extensive experience and leadership in innovative and conceptually designed projects in collaboration with our clients.

Completion of Gardenside 

Buxton Construction is thrilled to announce the completion of Gardenside – a five level 141 apartment complex situated above two levels of basement parking, within a lush garden setting in Sandringham. A medical centre and 23 serviced apartments are also included within the building.

Gardenside is the second building of a three stage $135million project consisting of a total approx. 450 apartments. Stage 1 Sandy Hill was completed in 2015 and was awarded an MBAV award last year. The third and final stage, The Reserve, is due to commence construction later this year.

Completion of four projects for Buxton Construction 

Buxton Construction has handed over four successful projects in the last month including Regis Aged Care Malvern East, St Joseph’s Mews independent living facility in Hawthorn, Monash University multi-deck car park in Clayton, and, a four level development in Malvern Road, Malvern East.

The Buxton team has taken great pride in handing over quality projects completed to a high level of satisfaction for each respective client.

Aqueous Apartments completed 

Buxton Construction recently handed over Aqueous Apartments in Nott Street Port Melbourne to the developer Prince Developments. Designed by RotheLowman to reflect the site’s inherent connection to the beach, the $11.1 million complex comprises 41 one and two-bedroom apartments over six levels with secure basement parking incorporating car stackers and storage areas.
