The local area is characterised by its mix of low rise detached/semi-detached housing, industrial warehouses/offices and medium density residential complexes (six storey or above).
Buxton Construction will proceed to commence the design documentation from February 2009 and anticipate a construction start subject to favourable market conditions in the later part of 2009.
