A four-level building over a two-level basement car park with 41 office spaces ranging from 30 to 140 square-metres on levels one and two, and 26 one, two and three-bedroom serviced apartments on the upper two levels.
The two-level basement car park, which can accommodate around 114 vehicles, was constructed using a concrete diaphragm wall retention system to retain the vertical faces of the excavation, which descends below the water table.
The façade is constructed from a wide range of materials such as aluminium curtain wall, coloured as well as clear glass, translucent glazing to balconies, aluminium composite panels, compressed cement sheet and stone cladding, rendered masonry, aluminium sun louvre screens together with aluminium vertical fins.
