Broadmeadows Leisure Centre
The project included the redevelopment of the existing aquatic leisure centre incorporating the 25-metre swimming pool plus construction of water play areas for different age groups and pools for learn-to-swim classes and warm water exercises.
The water filtration system was substantially upgraded and significant improvements made to heating and ventilation equipment to improve environment conditions within the centre.
As the centre remained fully operational during the construction period, the project was complex and required the on-site team to be constantly aware of the safety of the public.
