Comprises 3 separate buildings, with each of the 3 complex’s incorporating 12 identical suites and a communal area comprising conference facilities, a lounge, sitting room, dining room and full cooking facilities. A sheltered outdoor dining/entertainment area completes the picture.
The 45 square-metre hotel style rooms have a bedroom, spa/bathroom plus an open area while private balconies afford views of the golf course and the undulating peninsula landscape.
A combination of dressed and rough-sawn timber exterior cladding was chosen for its ability to weather naturally over time and merge with the surroundings. A series of modulated fins on the western side of each building provides welcome shade from the afternoon sun as well as privacy for guests.
