Oak Towers Aged Care Facility
A major redevelopment involving the construction of a double-storey 88 room residential block divided into four self-contained sections each consisting of 22 spacious bedrooms with ensuite, a nursing station, dining room, communal lounge and multi-purpose activities room.
In addition to the construction of the new wing, the contract provided for the refurbishment of existing buildings on the site as well as the demolition of the existing kitchen and laundry, and replacing them with state-of-the-art facilities to service the needs of the entire Oak Towers complex.
All works were undertaken while the existing aged care facility remained in operation.
