Port IT @ Turner Stage 3

Both stages of the development form part of a master plan that includes 27,000 square-metres of office and retail space serviced by a network of tree-lined streets, pedestrian pathways and plazas together with integrated car parking.

Comprising five buildings each of two-storey configuration with office and warehouse space totalling approximately 7,500 square-metres, the architectural design is complementary to stage 2, while construction materials and technique are similar to those employed for previously completed areas of the complex.

Buxtons provided assistance during the design phase to further assist with the cost effective delivery of the development for the developer.
