A substantial project involving the construction of a two-storey office complex over a basement car park plus a single-level, 6,500 square-metre warehouse with 12-metre ceiling at the rear. The contract included the construction of external car parking for an additional 100 vehicles.
Constructed of pre-cast concrete panels and in-situ flooring, the facade of the complex is clad with Alucabond and has extensive glazing.
The fit-out included office partitioning, work station areas and a control centre for directing taxi truck operations as well as a radio room and IT facility. A complex industrial air-conditioning and heating system was installed along with a large auxiliary power plant to ensure the operations are not interrupted at any point.
