Rylands of Brighton

Built to 5-star standard, Rylands of Brighton is a 71-apartment development designed for independent retirement living. It incorporates a range of luxurious communal facilities including an 80-seat restaurant, bar, lounges, library private function rooms and beauty salon.

The development comprises three levels of luxury one and two-bedroom apartments plus basement car parking, a landscaped central courtyard with a striking water feature and perimeter walkway.

Open-plan kitchens and high ceilings create an impression of space and each apartment has a garden outlook from the living area to accentuate the feeling of spaciousness.

Reception, the administration office, communal facilities and reception are located at the front of the complex, which is serviced by a covered main entrance providing off-street vehicular access.
