Located in the Watergardens Centre at Taylors Lakes, Sydenham Interactive Learning Centre plays a vital role in the community as a provider of information, education, culture, recreation and leisure.
The owner of the Watergardens Shopping Centre, Queensland Investment Corporation, made the land available to Brimbank Council for community use and supervised construction.
The project includes construction of a more than 2,000 square-metre building over 2 levels with library area, three retail spaces, office space on the first floor, car parking for 50 vehicles, landscaping and lighting.
